Tank Testing

With accreditation from FFI, KC Commercials carries out both safe load pass (SLP) and tank testing at its state-of-the-art facilities in Kinsealy.
1 of only 3 companies accredited to carry out Tank testing in ROI. Our facility has a Class 1 ADR test bay with a loading gantry to the same spec of those in Dublin Port, explosion proof lighting and a High-Spec Fall arrest system.

As approved operators for pressure testing tanks, KC also provides leak-proof, periodic, exceptional testing as well as thorough examinations on vehicles to a standard of EN 12972.

We monitor all pressure test values from a remote office with data logging equipment & records same to cloud based system. The use of CCTV systems is now in play for internal monitoring of tankers, thus reducing requirements for ‘Confined space working’.
